We enter the organisation — in person or remotely — to understand how it truly works. We map the technologies in use, the key people, the processes, the bottlenecks and the untapped opportunities. The starting point is never zero: every organisation already has assets, data and expertise to build on.

B - Icebreaker Pilot
One problem only. A defined perimeter. A solution implemented and tested. The objective is not to solve everything, it is to demonstrate that AI works in the specific context of that organisation, producing a visible and measurable result within a few weeks.

C - Horizon Scan & Trend Analysis 

The future is not something that arrives. It is already here — it is simply not yet evenly distributed. In this phase we take the client beyond their own perimeter: emerging technologies, incoming regulations, solutions already adopted elsewhere, weak signals that today seem marginal and tomorrow will redraw the rules of the sector.

At the end of the pilot and the Horizon Scan, we integrate concrete results and identified opportunities. The outcome is a Strategic Roadmap: a clear vision of the next steps, new problems to solve, solutions already on the market ready to adopt, and intervention priorities.

E - Expansion & Training

sooon coordinates the opening of new projects based on the Roadmap. It identifies and selects the most suitable technical partners and manages the mediation between the client and those who execute. Where necessary, it designs training pathways for the team or for individual executive profiles.
